Creativity Night- Glass Art

This months creativity night will be part of my “drop-in” glass art weekend workshop.  You can come and use my studio over the course of a Friday evening and Saturday day for as much time as you need. Friday will be the night to come for the basic fusing instruction and if you want to do more advanced fusing projects plan on Friday night and Saturday.

Because glass prices vary dramatically from color to color and will depend greatly on the project you choose, I will have a base price for studio time, instruction and my tool and glass equipment use. Then you choose your project and pay for the materials for your project separately. Depending on your work speed and chosen project I would anticipate your project to take 2-4hrs for a very basic fused glass creation style ($80) and at least 4-6 hrs+ to create if you choose to do one of the more advanced types of projects (4-6hrs would be a small 6 in tile size piece) ($125-$250).

+Base price for simple fused glass instruction and a small “basic fused glass” style project (maximum of 6in x 6in) or several small fused glass pieces (i.e. coasters, jewelry, etc that take less than a 6 in square in my kiln), includes use of the studio and glass tools for up to 3hrs+ one firing (this is about a 13 hr process)=$80. * Glass materials for your project are not included in this base price.

This is something you could complete when attending Friday night only. For information on the full weekend option please check out the retreat weekend. Prices range from $125-$250 plus glass materials depending on your project. Weekend accommodations are also available  on-site for this weekend event.
