Art & Soul Retreat

Come enjoy a week long retreat at my magical property on the mountain. You can stroll through my beautiful gardens, sit and relax on one of the benches in my 1 acre Art & meditation gardens, or enjoy the views of the valley from the front porch in your down time.

This isn’t just a get away where you will have opportunities to relax, recalibrate, and create new friendships, it is your opportunity to tune into yourself. The week will include group activities such as meditations, a cacao ceremony, sound bath, and drum ceremony as well as a workshop focused on healing and “soul work”. During the week you will also create a beautiful art piece as an expression of your creativity in a material tangible form. You will be able to choose from a variety of artistic mediums and materials and will have access to the art studio to use throughout the week to complete your project.

You will learn how to and practice being a better creator in all aspects of your life and you will also create your own unique and meaningful art piece to take home with you.

This Retreats includes food and shared accommodations*
