This Healing from Heartbreak course will walk you step-by-step through the process to heal from your past heartbreaks and begin moving forward towards healing and wholeness. #1- Remember Your Divine Nature-You are a precious daughter or son of the Master creator, who loves you no matter what! You do not lose worth in his sight because of the mistakes you have made, or the trials and challenges you have faced. As children of the Master creator we are in training learning to be master creators ourselves. We have the ability to create the experiences we want to have in our lives.
#2- Everything Happens for a Reason- Why do bad things happen to good people? Because we are here to learn and grow and no one is perfect. That means our own actions as well as those who affect us with their actions will be imperfect. We all agree to come to this planet and have experiences to help us learn, grow and become more like God. We knew it would not be easy. We all have a uniquely orchestrated journey through this life which includes our individual challenges and trials.
#3- Identify Patterns and Take Responsibility- Part of changing our life, is changing our patterns. How do we do this? By recognizing and changing any not supportive beliefs and behaviors we may have. Often these subconscious beliefs that create patterns can easily be seen if we look at the repeat experiences we have in our relationship. (when we see the same things over and over again that are virtually the same thing in a different package). We are not “victims” of life, we need to take responsibility for these patterns, and for changing them.
#4- Learn, Grow, and Let Go- Since we are here on this planet to learn and grow in order to become more like God, it is critical that we actually learn from our difficult experiences, making changes to create something different rather than repeat them. Instead of asking WHY ME!?! and feeling like a victim, We need to ask ourselves WHY ME? what are the lessons this experience is here to teach me? What do I need to learn so I can create something different in the future?
#5- Forgiveness- This means forgiveness all around. This is often where most people get stuck in the healing process. For many forgiveness is the most difficult part. You must do it in order to progress and move forward to co-create something better for yourself.
#6-Realize Your Divine Purpose- We each have a specific purpose and something unique and important to contribute to the world. Often our personal trials and the difficulties we have overcome link us to our purpose and better prepare us for it. Once we rediscover what our divine purpose here is, we can use our personal pain and life experiences to propel us towards fulfilling our mission.
#7 Passionately and Courageously Co-Create Your Dreams- Like I said. We are co-creators with God. We co-creating our lives with the spiritual universe. Through the power of intention, meditation, and manifestation (also known as prayer and faith) we are able to co-create the things we want in our lives using the cycle of creation. You must first control your thoughts, which control your emotions, which lead to your choices and actions, which creates your experiences. Your Personality= Your Personal Reality.
